Tariff
Your room rate is on the Tariff Card at the reception. The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any Government Taxes and Service Charges which is payable by the guest. These maybe altered from time to time.
Settlement Of Bills
Bills must be settled on presentation. Cheques are not accepted. Guests are liable untill the balance amount has been paid.
Check Out
The checkout time is 10 a.m. please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond the time. Upto 6 p.m. (if the room is available) you will be charged half the room tariff, after 6 p.m full room tariff will be applicable.
Visitors Belongings
For the convenience of the guest, safety deposit lockers are available at the reception to ensure the safety of any valuables. Visitors are particularly requested to lock the doors of their rooms at all times, specially when going out or when going to bed. The management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for the loss of residents goods or any other property not entrusted to the management or for damage thereof whether due to neglect of hotel employees or agents or any other cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
Hazardous Goods
Storing of cinema films, raw or exposed or any other articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in residential rooms is strictly prohibited.
Personal Injury To Guests
The management will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from the use of any of the hotels facilities provided, or for accidents occurring within the hotel premises.
Management Rights
The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person into the hotel premises and request any guest to vacate his/her room at any moment without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and guest will be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of default the management will be entitled to remove the luggage & belongings of the visitor from the room occupied by the guest and lock the room.
Relation Between Management & Visitors
Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy, sub tenancy or any right of tenancy or any right or interest in the hotel premises or any part or portion there in favour of any guest or resident or visitor and the management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the hotel premises.
Government Rules & Regulations
Guests are requested to observe the government rules & regulations in the hotel from time to time in respect of registration, alcohol drinks, firearms, etc.
Washing
Guests are restricted from washing clothes, bags, shoes, etc, in the rooms/bathrooms & management may charge separately if guest is found doing so.
Damage Of Property / Valuables / Fixtures / Fittings
Guest will be held responsible for the damage to TV, A/C or other valuable items in the guest rooms or damage to hotel property caused by them, their friends or by person for whom they are responsible & will have to pay for the same as per rates by management.
TV / A.C
Facilities of TV is complimentary and no refunds will be made in case of malfunction. Incase of malfunction of A/C before half day no charge will be levied.
Property
Please do not misuse towels and bed sheets or any linen, otherwise management will have the right to charge extra in case any default or misuse.
Drivers / Servants / Parking
Car parking in the compound can be done at owners risk. Management will not be responsible for theft or any damage to the same. Moreover Driver/Servants and their activities / actions are the complete responsibility of the guest they have accompanied and will be required to follow the mentioned house rules.
NOTE
The management reserves the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms & conditions and rules without prior notice & takes for granted that on check-in the guest has gone through these house rules & has accepted the terms laid herein.
